Discovery

I was signing paperwork today and noticed what appeared to be a bruise on my hand. Everytime I went to inspect, it was gone, but as I signed, it reappeared. Took me just a minute to realize that what I was seeing wasn't a bruise. It was a shadow in the indentation/hollow between my thumb and wrist. I never knew this part of my anatomy existed. I took it for granted. It was always fat and went unnoticed, but now that I have lost weight, I actually notice new parts of my body because of the voids left behind. Cool, huh??

There has to be a lesson there about noticing things by the voids left when they leave, but I'm not going to go there. I'm just going to enjoy my newfound parts. :o)

Heard today

I was calling somebody today and got voicemail. This was the recording, recorded in a very serene and calming tone: "Hello. This is not a voicemail box. This is a telepathic thought recording device. At the tone, please think of your name, number, and the reason for your call. I will then think about returning your call when I hear your message." Seriously thinking of changing my cell phone voicemail to this. What do you think? :o)
