Because I can't sleep

When you woke up this morning, what was the first thing you saw and the first thing you thought? I saw my daughter laying in bed next to me playing on my laptop and thought - why does she keep getting into my bed in the middle of the night.

What is your current problem? I can't sleep.
What is your myspace song? I don't remember. I haven't logged in to myspace in a long time.
What 5 things makes you most happy? Playing with Lizard, getting a hug from Lance, hanging with friends, worshipping, taking pictures.
Best kind of kiss? Hersheys. :o)~
Favorite shape? Diamond, duh! (This is a not too subtle hint, my love!)
If you could go back in time, and change something... I’d have made sure I was home to get the call that my grandmother was sick. It would have made enough of a difference in time that I could have said goodbye to her instead of arriving a few hours after she died.
Ever have a near death experience? Yes..

What's the name of the song that's stuck in your head right now? Fabulous from HSM2, it was on in the car tonight and once I hear it, I can't get it out of my head.
Any celeb you would marry? No, but my kiddo is going to marry Jesse McCartney.

Do you have a crush on someone? Nope.
Do you ever make the first move? I try to always be X's in Tic Tac Toe so that I can go first.
Been in a fight? Of course.
Are you close with your parents? My mom and I are very close.
What's the first thing you notice about the preferred sex? I'm too busy noticing this says preferred sex and not opposite sex.

Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose? No, I don't like pain.
Say something totally random about you? I’m craving a banana.
Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity? Yes, I’ve had several people tell me that I look like Cristina Ricci. A nurse at the hospital also told me that I look like Reese Witherspoon. Maybe she was taking some of that anesthesia they were giving me.
Do you have anything pierced? My ears.
Do you have any tattoos? Nope
Do you like pain? No, and I try to avoid it.
Do you like to shop? Now that I've lost weight, I love it. I used to hate shopping for myself. Now the choices are endless. It is a bit overwhelming, but I still enjoy it.
What was the last thing you paid for with cash? Crackers out of the snack machine at work yesterday.
What is your most overused phrase? Awesome!

What are you doing tonight? Blogging.
Would you ever consider being a blonde? I guess. I’ve been one before. Prefer my dark hair, though.
Do you know any twins? Yep, my niece's mom is a twin.

What is the weather like? Rainy...finally...we needed it.

How old do you wish you were? I'm good with 34.
Where were you when 9-11 happened? At work.
What do you do when vending machines steal your money? Put in more, like an idiot.
Do you consider yourself kind? Most of the time, yes.
If you had to get a tattoo, where would it be? I'd get a tramp stamp on my lower back.
If you could be fluent in any other language what would it be? Italian
Do you know your neighbors? I know her name is Irene and she runs everyday.
What do you consider a vacation? No cell phone or computer, far away, either a beach or a cabin in the mountains.

Would you move for the person you loved? Sure.
Are you touchy feely? Yes, very.
Do you believe that opposites attract? They can, yes.
Dream job? If I were living a dream, I don't think I'd have to have a job.

Do you paint your nails? When I’m feeling girly, yes.
Do you trust people easily? Too easily, unfortunately.
What are your phobias? Not sure I have any.
Do you want kids? I have one and that's enough.
Do you keep a handwritten journal? Define “keep”. I have one, but don’t update it as regularly as I used to.
Where would you rather be right now? Asleep.
What makes you feel warm and safe? A good hug.
Heavy or light sleeper? Heavy unless there is an unusual noise in the house or Lizard is crying.

Are you impatient? I’m working on this.
Who can you relate to? Just about anybody
How do you feel about interracial couples? You know, considering my past, I'd have to say they're okay. I did get a daughter from one.
Have you been burned by love? Yes
What's your life motto? Be honest and decent. Live well. Love with all your heart, no matter what the price. Never be afraid to follow your dreams wherever they take you.
What's your main ringtone on your mobile? Sweet Home Alabama for family, Bubbly for Lance, Friends theme song for my friends, and 9 to 5 for work associates.
What were you doing at midnight last night? Getting into bed. I worked really late.

Whose bed did you sleep in last night? My own, duh!
What color shirt are you wearing? I'm wearing a purple night gown. The power of positive thinking...maybe if I put on a night gown, I'll get tired and be able to sleep.
What are you listening to right now? My lap top fan.

How much cash do you have on you right now? None
What is your favorite part of the chicken? Breast
What's your fav city/place? Comfort, Texas has some wonderful memories.

Have you ever smoked? Yes, briefly when I was a little younger.
Do you own a gun? Lots of people should be thankful that I do not.

Do you have A.D.D.? It's not a disorder. It is that I don’t care.
What time did you wake up today? I took the day off, so I slept until 8:45. And the kiddo let me. Miracles never cease!
Current worry? None. I will do what God asks me to do. I will give God what I cannot do. No matter what, I will trust God.
Current want? Sleep.
Favorite place to be? On my couch spending the evening in with my daughter and my boyfriend.
Where would you like to travel in the future? The mountains
Where do you think you'll be in 10 yrs? I don’t know. Probably still trying to get to sleep.
Last thing you ate? A banana. I was craving it, it was healthy, I didn't eat dinner, so I went and got one.
What songs do you sing in the shower? Don’t sing in the shower.
Last person that made you laugh? Debra Messing. I watched a few movies tonight.
Worst injury you've ever had? Toss up between the broken foot and the hip full of glass. The hip hurt more at the time, but the foot pain lingered a little longer.
Does someone have a crush on you? Not to my knowledge.
What is your favorite candy? Ferrer Roche Chocolate, but it is off limits for the rest of my natural life. I've discovered sugar free caramel filled Hershey's mini chocolate bars as a decent replacement. They are okay for sugar free.
What song do you want played at your funeral? Amazing Grace, This is Your Time, It is Well With My Soul, and Shout to the Lord.
